Sunday, September 27 – Scorpio’s daily horoscope:
Pluto Quincunx Venus. A friend once told me a story about how she wasn’t really popular until she found her “tribe” in high school. Senior year, she got her parents’ country club to agree to let her rent out a room inexpensively, to throw a big party. She invited her friends, and her friends’ friends, and assumed there would be at least one hundred people.
A friend with DJ equipment set up to entertain, others helped her to decorate. She had snacks and pizzas ordered and plenty of nonalcoholic drinks.
Party night came and she was there. With her tribe. About ten people in all. No one else. She could have been upset, but, she told me, it was the most memorable night of her high school life. Turns out she had a much better time having one last hurrah with the people who mattered most to her than with a lot of more casual acquaintances. They laughed and stayed out all night. They danced and sang to the music.
Scorpio woman, today may be the day you build up a great event in your mind, only to have it not pan out as planned. If you threw a party and only a few people came, what would you do? Make the most of that party today, Scorpio woman.
